We are SO happy to announce that we have been cleared by the Governor to re-open this Friday, May 1st!
We want to assure you that we ALWAYS go above and beyond in our regular daily sanitation protocol. However, we will have some new, very strict guidelines we will be following after our re-opening. This being said, your experience in the salon will look a little different than usual, until further notice from the CO Health Dept. We ask for your patience as guidelines are subject to change throughout these next few weeks as we adjust to our new normal dealing with COVID19.
Please carefully review our new guidelines before your next appointment:
FEELING SICK: Stylists will be unable to perform any type of service if a guest is exhibiting ANY symptoms of an illness. We will be asking questions about your health during our confirmation calls. Please disclose if you have been sick, have a fever of 99.2 or greater the day of your appointment, and/or you have been exposed to someone who has been sick in the last 14 days. We may implement temperature readings in the coming days.
CHECKING IN: We ask that when you arrive for your appointment that you wait in your vehicle until a team member calls/texts to notify you that your stylist is ready. We will not have a waiting area at this time. We will be requiring each guest to use hand sanitizer immediately upon arrival.
MASKS: Guests will need to wear a mask when they arrive and during their entire time in the salon. **If you do not arrive with a mask, we will not be able to serve you. We ask that you wear a mask that is fitted behind the ear, no bandanas or behind the head tie masks will be allowed. In accordance with state guidelines, your mask must be clean, fit snugly against the side of the face and include multiple layers of fabric. Our employees will also be wearing masks from beginning to end of your interaction.
LIMITING GUESTS: We ask that you DO NOT bring anyone with you to your appointment. We have carefully coordinated the schedule to follow social distancing guidelines.
BELONGINGS: We ask that you leave all belongings in your car. We will only be allowing a wallet, phone and keys. Please leave all outside beverages, purse and coat behind.
PAYMENT: We will not be accepting payment or tips in the forms of cash or check. You will be able to pay/tip by credit card or apple pay as usual.
PRODUCT PURCHASES: Should you just require products, we will be open for curbside pick up only. We will not be allowing retail browsing/shopping. Please call ahead to place an order and purchase. When you arrive for your products, call us and we will come out to your car.
CANCELLATION POLICY: This will be suspended through June for anyone who needs to cancel at the last minute due to illness.
RITUALS: All touch rituals, such as hand and shoulder massages, as well as facial waxing will be suspended at this time. We will also suspend beverage services.
SANITATION: All areas of the salon will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each and every guest, per our normal protocol. We will be adding additional sanitation steps in accordance with CDC guidelines. Please be patient with stylists as they may take extra time to properly sanitize.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: We are mindful of social distancing guidelines and have spaced out salon stations 6 feet apart. We ask that guests also respect social distancing as best they can, while in the salon. We have missed you dearly, but unfortunately we cannot hug you hello!
