Policies
APPOINTMENTS
We require a credit card on file to schedule ALL appointments.
Appointments must be made in advance, as we are typically booked out day of and cannot guarantee availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you call us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service. If this happens on more than one occasion you may be asked to make a 50% deposit for all future appointments. We ask that if you do need to cancel or change your appointment, to please call or text the salon only. Emails or texts to your stylist are not acceptable.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. If no shows continue to be an issue, you may be asked to put down a deposit for your service, or you may not be able to book any additional services in the future.
On occasion, our team members may not be available for your appointment due to unexpected illness, unsafe weather conditions, family emergencies, or other unexpected events. If this occurs within 24 hours of your reservation, a service credit in the amount of $20 will be added to your guest profile and applied at your next visit. We will make every attempt to reschedule you back on our calendar within 10 days of the missed appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
In order to continue providing the best possible service to our guests, we will not allow any clients' late arrival to affect another guest in my business. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will more than likely need to be rescheduled. If we are able to accommodate you, you may be charged a late fee, or need to forfeit a blowdry/style. Please call us as soon as possible so that we might explore our options. Your stylist reserves the right to cancel or alter your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late.
FEES
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be happy to discuss all individual charges and fees during the consultation period at the beginning of your service. All extensions services require a deposit. ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A $1 FEE.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be left in the form of cash, or as a separate line item on your credit card slip.
WALK-INS
We welcome walk-in guests whenever our schedule allows; therefore reserved appointments are highly recommended.
CONFIRMATION CALLS
As a courtesy, we attempt to call the day before and confirm your appointment. However if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to take note of your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. We also offer text and email reminders that you may opt in or opt out.
RE-DOS FOR HAIR SERVICES
Requests for a re-do must be made within 72 hours of the initial service and must be scheduled with the same team member.
If you are simply looking for a different result than what was agreed upon in the consultation, we are happy to quote you for an adjustment, which will allow us to shift your look based on your new goals. Every effort will be made to get you back into the salon within 7 days of your redo request. Please note that if you do not notify us within 72 hours of your dissatisfaction, the redo policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be billed according to my service menu and pricing. We do not offer refunds on services.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Should you make a hair product purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. **All makeup, hair brushes and skincare sales are final.
Retail purchase refunds are not available. We will exchange your purchased product for another product that your stylist believes is better suited to meet your needs and goals. Product brought to the salon for an exchange between 30 - 60 days after purchase will be eligible for a 50% exchange credit.
Hair Extensions deposits are non-refundable.

We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, or cash.
